GILLY FREEDMAN is an organisational trainer and career counselor with 18 years broad experience of people development at all levels of seniority. Has run over 100 group workshops and programmes in career management, career change, personal development and outplacement. Formerly the training manager for Nomura International, has since worked for a wide range of companies in the pharmaceutical, financial, IT and voluntary sectors.

Currently has her own career management consultancy applying her counseling, psychotherapy and training expertise to group and individual career issues. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CIPD and qualified to use psychometric questionnaires approved by the British Psychological Society

TERESA NORMAN has 20 years experience covering a range of consultation work mainly in the public sector; particularly focussing on culture change, engagement and development work. Her assignments include facilitation of large and small scale events, designing and implementing culture change programmes and her current focus is employee engagement.

She is a co-founder with Elspeth of Systemic Organisational Practice. Her other work for Campbell-Ozten Associates has included team development, career development workshops and recruitment.

Teresa is accredited in psychometric testing: Myers Briggs, Firo B, BPS level A, OPQ and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.
ELSPETH CAMPBELL is an organisational consultant, executive coach and coaching/consulting supervisor, with extensive cross sector experience and commercial acumen from her time in management consultancy. Qualified in psychology and psychometric testing BPS A & B, Elspeth has an MSc in Systemic Management and Organisation studies and trained as a supervisor with Bath Consultancy Group. She runs a successful consultancy and 10 years ago co-founded the Systemic Organisational Practice Programmes for managers, HR/OD consultants and coaches. Currently these courses are run in-company in a private London hospital and in a City Council social care services as Systemic Management and Leadership Programmes. Her approach helps clients to build their leader identity through a systemic understanding of their roles, obligations and aspirations within the context of the organisation. Elspeth collaborates regularly with systemic practitioners in Europe and US. An accredited member of the Association for Coaching (AC), Elspeth acts as mentor of UK co-coaching forums on behalf of the AC, and runs a local Forum in Wimbledon. She is a skilled communicator with a deep understanding of human issues.
HALINA BRUNNING is a chartered clinical psychologist, organisational consultant and executive coach who has worked in the UK and Polish national health service as therapist, clinician, manager, consultant and supervisor. She has published extensively on organisational and clinical issues and has co-written other texts on these subjects. Her approach is informed by the Tavistock clinic systems psychodynamic training.
KATRINA WALLER qualified as a Systemic Psychotherapist in 1999 and has worked with a diverse spectrum of clients privately, and in public and private sector organisations, including the NHS and schools. Before training as systemic practitioner Katrina enjoyed a 15 year career in global blue-chip marketing with Unilever holding several senior management positions including leading international project teams, and championing the development of strategy.
Karen Carberry is a manager and therapist with experience in the private and public sectors, including health and voluntary organisations. Karen is a qualified Systemic Family therapist and is expanding her own business, working collaboratively with other professionals to resource various initiatives. Coordinates the provision of work based counselling for EAPs. Formerly a Family Centre manager within a larger group of Centres managed social workers who interface with the community and raised funding from sponsors for the Centre.
KEVIN is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and coaches executives in sectors including banking and finance, professional services, technology and retail. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership and coaching roles, primarily in the corporate sector. He brings broad professional experience including 15 years as a Corporate Banker at JPMorgan Chase. Kevin has extensive international and multi-cultural experience and has lived and worked in New York, Mexico City, Paris and London. He speaks French and Spanish.

Kevin's expertise is in leadership development, emotional intelligence, cultural integration, managing change and building executive impact and effectiveness. His coaching focuses on supporting executives to manage transition, boost performance, lead others, and enhance their work and life satisfaction.

Kevin is BPS level A & B accredited and is a qualified user of psychometric tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Emotional Intelligence Indicator (EQ-i) and Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ). He is a Master Practitioner in NLP and is a Founding Member of the Association for Coaching.
Elain Sutton is an independent leadership and management development consultant and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in and with the public sector. Elaine’s current clients include a wide range of NHS organisations, local authorities, Civil Service departments and charities. Elaine has a MSc in Management Development and Social Responsibility, has trained in Facilitating Individual and Organisational Change, is currently a member of a systemic practice group and has developed her systemic practice over 3 years on the Foundation & Advanced Systemic Organisational Practice programme. A member of AC, is a licensed user of MBTI and the Margerison McCann Team Management Profile.
