FOUNDATION
PROGRAMME IN SYSTEMIC ORGANISATIONAL
PRACTICE
This programme is for organisational practitioners:
HR and OD
consultants, executive coaches and managers.
Now in its 5th consecutive year, the programme combines
theory and experiential organisational practice within
a systemic framework.
Participants develop their professional
practice to be more effective. More details.
After an Introductory Day participants form a Learning Group which meets
every 6 weeks for 7 sessions. They work with systemic
ideas drawing from participants' experience.
Specific topics covered reflect the learning needs of the group and contemporary organization and management debates.

PROJECT: SYSTEMIC FRAMES AND TOOLS
FOR THE CHANGING ORGANISATION
This
course ran in 2004/5 and may run again although there are no
specific plans at present.
This six day
programme provides an opportunity for
managers, internal and external consultants,
new to systemic organisational practice
to develop understanding and practical
skill as part of a developing network
of colleagues working systemically
