THE BARNES PROJECT: SYSTEMIC FRAMES AND TOOLS FOR THE CHANGING ORGANISATION

This course ran in 2004/5 and may run again although there are no specific plans at present.

Primarily designed for people working as managers and internal/external consultants in and with organisations who wanted to develop systemic skills through working on theory in practice and practice in theory. They had with some previous experience of working with systemic organisational practice.

This programme provided an opportunity for participants to develop more facility in promoting transformational change, thriving on the reciprocity gained from being part of a developing network of colleagues working systemically in organisations.

Course Facilitators

Christine Oliver is an independent consultant specialising in management and organisational development with particular interest in organisational moral narratives. Elspeth Campbell is an independent consultant who works with managers, individually and in teams, to enhance their capacities.

Some previous experience of working with systemic practice is needed.
