THE
BARNES PROJECT: SYSTEMIC FRAMES AND
TOOLS FOR THE CHANGING ORGANISATION
This course ran in 2004/5 and
may run again although there are no specific plans at present.
Primarily designed for people working as managers and internal/external consultants in and with organisations who wanted to develop systemic skills through working on theory in practice and practice in theory. They had with some previous experience of working with systemic organisational practice.
Benefits
This programme provided an opportunity for participants to develop more facility in promoting transformational change, thriving on the reciprocity gained from being part of a developing network of colleagues working systemically in organisations.
