Programme purpose:
Becoming more advanced reflexive practitioners through further integrating systemic approaches and frameworks into managerial, consulting or coaching practice

Using systemic thinking in making sense of, and shaping, organisational life
Inviting guest facilitators who represent different ways of working so connecting the systemic to other psychologies of organisations

During an Introductory Day participants co-create future possibilities for the programme by:

• establishing a collaborative learning dynamic and relational accountability for learning
• celebrating systemic practice infiltrating their work and extending abilities together
• using conversational mapping as a tool to create change
