FOUNDATION PROGRAMME IN SYSTEMIC ORGANISATIONAL PRACTICE
For organisational practitioners: HR & OD consultants, executive coaches, and managers. Now in its 5th consecutive year, the Programme combines theory and experiential organisational practice within a systemic framework.

During an Introductory Day participants form a collaborative learning group and continue to meet every 6 weeks for 7 additional sessions drawing on their experience to work with systemic ideas.
button ADVANCED PROGRAMME IN SYSTEMIC ORGANISATIONAL PRACTICE
For participants who have completed the foundation programme (above) and wish to continue at an advanced level in order to further develop as a systemic reflective practitioner and obtain a Certificate in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Studies (details to follow)
button THE BARNES PROJECT: SYSTEMIC FRAMES AND TOOLS FOR THE CHANGING ORGANISATION
This six day programme ran in 2004/5 and may run again although there are no specific plans at present.

It provides an opportunity for managers and consultants, both internal and external, new to systemic organisational practice to develop understanding and practical skill as part of a developing network of colleagues working systemically in organisations. See details.
