Assisting Elspeth and Teresa is HALINA BRUNNING, a chartered clinical psychologist, organisational consultant and executive coach who has worked in the UK and Polish national health service as therapist, clinician, manager, consultant and supervisor. She has published extensively on organisational and clinical issues and has co-written other texts on these subjects. Her approach is informed by the Tavistock clinic systems psychodynamic training.
ELSPETH CAMPBELL is an organisational consultant, executive coach and supervisor, running assignments across a few sectors including finance and pharmaceutical. Currently working with a team of senior executives in a fund management company, she also supervises a team of trainer consultants. Recently assisted a small business with assessment for appointment of a COO and his integration to the executive Board. She is qualified in psychology and psychometric questionnaires BPS levels A & B. An accredited member of the Association for Coaching, AC, of AMED the Developers network, and the CIPD, Elspeth collaborates regularly with systemic practitioners in UK and US.
TERESA NORMAN has 20 years experience covering a range of consultation work mainly in the public sector; particularly focussing on culture change, engagement and development work. Her assignments include facilitation of large and small scale events, designing and implementing culture change programmes and her current focus is employee engagement. She is a co-founder with Elspeth of Systemic Organisational Practice. Her other work for Campbell-Ozten Associates has included team development, career development workshops and recruitment. Teresa is accredited in psychometric testing: Myers Briggs, Firo B, BPS level A, OPQ and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.

Programme overview
This programme is for organisational practitioners: HR and OD consultants, executive coaches and managers.
Now in its 5th consecutive year, the programme combines theory and experiential organisational practice within a systemic framework. Participants develop their professional practice to be more effective through:

button greater clarity of purpose
button new methods and intervention techniques
button transformational shifts in approach
button enhanced conceptual and strategic thinking
During an Introductory Day participants form a collab orative Learning Group which meets every 6 weeks for 7 additional sessions. They work with systemic ideas drawing from participants' experience. Specific topics covered reflect the learning needs of the group and contemporary organization and management debates. Dates of 2007/8 sessions.

Elspeth Campbell and Teresa Norman each have an MSc in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Studies, they designed the concept of a Systemic Organisational Practice foundation programme and have run this open course annually for 5 years.
