What is it?
Systemic practice focuses on organisational patterns of thinking and interaction. These patterns show themselves in the identity, relational and cultural stories that are created through the network of conversations that make up the organisation. It works from the assumption that organisational patterns are not only shown in language but also created in language. Despite sometimes being dysfunctional these patterns have meaning, which needs to be understood in order to be unravelled, and to shift. Systemic Organisational practice helps us practice doing this.
